Please order via the product page on rainative web. Choose the package you like and our Admin Executive will contact you within 24 hours (on weekdays) to discuss order details.

You may add the additional service as well and our system will give you the estimated price directly.

If you order the custom package, our system will not send the estimated price directly. Instead, we will contact you to inform the estimated price.

The 50% of the down payment can be paid after we send you the invoice. Please note that we will send the invoice after we make sure that the asset is ready.

The remaining payment can be paid after the project is done. It gonna takes 2-4 weeks or longer if you order the customized one. Please keep in mind that we will give you all the access after the remaining payment is paid. We will provide you with the invoice as well.

We provide several payment platforms, like PayPal, BT, etc. Please inform us which method you would like to for doing the payment.

If you have a discount code, please input them in the discount banner inside the product page before you order, and then our system will automatically cut the price for you.

Yearly annual payments must be paid before the due date. Don’t worry, we will notify you in case you forget.

You can cancel the order before you do the down payment and we will not charge you any price.

If you do the cancellation in the middle of the progress after you paid the down payment, we will send you 50% of the down payment back.
