What Are Core Web Vitals?

When we talk about digital optimization, speed becomes priority. Noone wants to waste their time waiting on a slothful or staring at an unloaded blank page.

By optimizing the LCP (Largest Contentful Time), which represents how fast the time from when user open the site until the largest content is fully loaded, it will brings significant impact in ranking up the website.

Considering that around half of users tend to close a site if it is loaded more than 3 seconds, no wonder that Google wants a good LCP, which is under 2,5 seconds to be fully loaded.

Optimize Interactivity & Responsiveness. While LCP and CLS measure the time of contents to be visually rendered, FID (First Input Delay) measure not only visual asset but also how the page responses with any users’ input interaction.

It can be optimized by reducing heavy JavaScript execution, break up long tasks into smaller one, and defer unused JavaScript. Those will increase user interactivity and responsiveness.
